Apart from doing certain Stretching out of your Legs and Arms and some Abdominal Exercises, if you could maintain a disciplined Life Style, you will feel much Fresh and Young.
Try to Have Breakfast at Home – Instead of rushing at the Office Cafeteria have your Breakfast at Home. Some even skip the breakfast when they are late due to traffic jam. Don’t starve and torture your body. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and you should have it properly.
Prepare Your Own Lunch At Least Once a Week – Though it seems to be quite difficult if you could make it, it will be very helpful for your health. Set your alarm 15 minutes before that the usual time and pack your lunch from home. Include whole Grains, lean Proteins and Vegetables and prepare your Lunch in the extra time. A lettuce Sandwich with some Tomato Slices could also do. You could also fill up your Sandwich with grilled Fish and skinless Chicken. Instead of butter and mayonnaise, use ketchup as a spread inside.
Go For Lunch by Walking – At lunch time if you are going out to a Restaurant to have your Lunch, don’t go there by Car. Instead of driving there, go for a brisk Walking. Instead of using the Lift use the Stairs.
Take Regular Breaks from Sitting – In order to stretch your muscles often, take a break from sitting. This not only relieves you from boredom but also prevent certain problems like strain injury.
Have Fruits during Snacks Time – While at office, don’t have Sweets or anything fried during the Snacks time. Instead have Fruits or low fat Crackers as snacks.
Brush your Teeth after Lunch – It may sound odd but washing your mouth after lunch is very important. Fresh feeling of the mouth helps in controlling the weight.
Switch on to Yoga Sandals – Keep away your High-Heeled Shoes. While you pad the office at breaks, improve your balance and posture with the help of a pair of Yoga Sandals. The separators that massage around the toes as you walk helps in better alignment of the body. It helps you to thrust the body weight forwards.
